WAKE CHAPEL HOUSE RULES

Caloocan City Columbarium

Official Guidelines
These House Rules are hereby issued to ensure the cleanliness, safety, and proper use of the Wake Chapel for the benefit of all clients, and shall be read in conjunction with the approved Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of the Caloocan City Columbarium.
1 Cleanliness and Order
  • a. The Wake Chapel shall be kept clean and orderly at all times.
  • b. Proper waste segregation shall be observed.
  • c. Spillage of food and drinks shall be avoided and cleaned immediately.
  • d. All personal belongings and decorations shall be removed before vacating.
2 Proper Use of the Facility
  • a. The Wake Chapel shall be used solely for wake and memorial purposes.
  • b. Furniture and equipment shall be used only for their intended purpose.
  • c. Alteration, drilling, nailing, or repainting is strictly prohibited.
  • d. Electrical connections shall not be overloaded.
  • e. Air-Conditioning Regulation
    • Two (2) AC units are installed per room and shall not run at the same time.
    • Operating schedule:
      • 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (Unit 1)
      • 5:00 p.m. – 2:00 a.m. (Unit 2)
      • 2:00 a.m. – 8:00 a.m. (AC OFF)
    • Electric fans may be used during AC shutdown hours.
    • Requests to turn off the AC during operating time must be coordinated with the staff or guard on duty.
    • Only authorized personnel may operate or touch the units.
    • Any damage due to unauthorized use shall be charged to the user.
3 Prohibited Acts
  • a. Defacing, vandalizing, or damaging any part of the Wake Chapel.
  • b. Bringing hazardous, flammable, or illegal materials.
  • c. Consumption or sale of alcoholic beverages.
  • d. Gambling or betting activities of any form.
  • e. Use of videoke, karaoke, loud sound systems, or any activity that disturbs other clients or nearby residents.
4 Responsibility for Damages
  • a. The user shall be responsible for any loss or damage caused.
  • b. The City may require repair, replacement, or payment for damages.
  • c. Failure to settle liabilities may result in denial of future applications.
5 Compliance
  • a. All users shall comply with these House Rules and lawful instructions.
  • b. Violations shall be grounds for administrative action.
Acknowledgment Use of the Wake Chapel constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of these House Rules.
